Users commit to a realistic and measurable daily goal and check in daily to track progress with their accountability partners or squad members.
3. Penalties & Rewards for Motivation
The app uses a credit system where users can earn or lose credits based on their check-ins. Public or private squads can be joined with credits, and science backed motivation methods through rewards (positive reinforcement) and penalties (loss aversion) are provided.
